Prior to the program
The organisation’s needs and the ‘pain points’ are determined during an initial meeting. A ‘Training Needs Analysis’ is conducted and the objectives of the training program are defined. A detailed profile of the trainees is also determined at this stage. The program is then customized on the basis of this information.
During the program
Through the program, the trainees will be introduced to certain techniques. The program will also simulate various situations which the trainees will face during their professional lives. This will enable them to apply the tools first in a risk-free environment.
After the program
Hot’ and ‘Cold’ feedback sessions are carried out as per the ‘Kirkpatrick Model’.
